Claims Handling

Claims handling can be costly but we believe in not only helping drive down the cost of claims but also adding value to the process for our clients and their policyholders. Our total insurance claims management package is a white-labelled, end to end product for both insurers and brokers, tailored to their individual needs providing both AD and TP claims handling delivered to the highest standard.

Our in-house claims departments are able to deal with all fault and non-fault claims, including AD damage only and personal injury. Trained to the highest levels, our claims handlers are experienced in different areas of claims management, including third-party intervention, credit hire, fraud and MOJ portal claims and we are experts in personal injury claims handling at all levels, value and complexities.

It’s our policy that claims handlers take ownership of claims, actioning from inception to conclusion and always in line with our insurance partners’ specifications and requirements. This service is complemented by access to real-time online MI and reports, delivering full transparency and the ability to view individual claims.
